Registration is open for the new class of Professional Master’s Degree in Dentistry from the University of Fortaleza. The deadline to apply for one of the 20 vacancies available goes up to January 19, 2024. O Notice R. No. 48/2023 sets all the conditions for registration, the necessary documentation, the selection, the number of vacancies and the calendar for admission and registration.
Open to professionals with a degree in Dentistry, the course, pioneer in Ceará, aims to transform the social reality and improve the quality of dental service delivery through the development and deepening of knowledge for research, teaching and improvement of practices.
Candidates will be able to choose between any of them three lines of inquiry: Clinical Studies in Dentistry; Biomechanical, physico-chemical properties and biocompatibility of dental materials; and Epidemiology and Public Health Policy.
The registration fee is R$ 136.00. The documentation compiled in a PDF file must be sent to the email mpo@unifor.br. Candidates should write in the “subject” field: REGISTRATION FOR PROFESSIONAL MASTERS IN DENTISTRY.
O selective process it will involve three phases. Candidates will undergo research project analysis, interview, on January 24, 2024 and analysis of their CV. The results will be published from the 26th of the same month. Classes are scheduled to begin in February 2024.
The Professional Master’s degree differs from the academic one in what it hasclinical activity, from which students perform innovative clinical procedures, with new materials and new technologies; in addition to the development of technical products, such as the creation of applications and teaching materials in the media, such as videos with instructions for emergency cases.
