Congressman Edwin Martínez did not fare well during the ceremony to celebrate the 168th anniversary of the district of San Juan de Siguas, in Arequipa, when he was waved by citizens while receiving recognition from the city.

The presentation of the badge was not well received by those present, who interrupted it with blunders and strong expressions such as “Corrupt”, “Conchudo”, “You don’t deserve it” and “Traicionero”.
