On Tuesday, August 15, the Dental Service of the National Hospital Network “Lic. Laura Bonaparte” attended the Hogar de Cristo shelter in Zavaleta.
These actions were carried out in coordination with the Territorial Access area and consisted of holding a diagnostic meeting in which the oral health of neighborhood children was assessed and then providing a treatment space. Also, a space was provided for advice and guidance regarding issues related to the oral health of children and their families.
In this context, the Hospital has a Mental Health Community Network Center in the neighborhood, which, together with the Shelter, develops activities to encourage community participation and generate exchange and meeting opportunities that bring health closer to the community.
